The community centre will provide the basis for the development of services related to talent management, youth retention (financial, legal, marketing, PR, education, student employment, scholarship programmes, etc.) to strengthen local communities and increase local identity. Ajkai Kapocs HKFS K-ER7, Local Call for Proposals “Establishment of a Youth Community House for the Strengthening of Local Communities and Society” – “Smart House” Establishment of a Youth Community House – Ajka City Municipality has been awarded HUF 136 million for the establishment of the “Smart House” Youth Community House.

The tender was awarded in December 2018 to Ajka City Municipality as the consortium leader and \u00daj\u00e9let 8 Kft., a company based in Ajka, as the consortium partner.

After the planning and licensing tasks, the public procurement procedure was successfully completed and the renovation and extension of the “Casino” part of the building managed by the Nagy L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Municipal Library and Recreation Centre could begin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
