El programa InnoMate para estudiantes de secundaria tiene como objetivo desarrollar las habilidades que los j\u00f3venes necesitan para tener \u00e9xito en el mercado laboral actual. Nuestra iniciativa se centra en el trabajo en equipo, la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas y el desarrollo y fomento de una mentalidad empresarial.<\/p>

Bas\u00e1ndonos en experiencias previas y en cooperaci\u00f3n con expertos en educaci\u00f3n y start-ups, desarrollamos material educativo espec\u00edfico sobre el desarrollo de habilidades de empleabilidad y emprendimiento junto con nuestro socio profesional, la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Juventud Democr\u00e1tica, basado en el marco de competencias EntreComp 2016 de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.     Las perspectivas laborales de los estudiantes h\u00fangaros de secundaria se ven gravemente limitadas por sus escasas habilidades para resolver problemas y gestionar conflictos relacionadas con la edad, su baja creatividad y la falta de experiencia en cooperaci\u00f3n y trabajo en equipo.

    Las deficiencias del sistema educativo se ven agravadas por el hecho de que la mayor\u00eda de ellos no adquiere experiencia en innovaci\u00f3n, emprendimiento, pensamiento cr\u00edtico, comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva, conciencia financiera y responsabilidad durante su etapa de secundaria.

    La baja autoconfianza y la falta de iniciativa, experimentaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n predicen un bajo rendimiento en el lugar de trabajo y menores oportunidades de empleo y emprendimiento.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      The first United Way office in Hungary was opened in 1991, and United Way Hungary was founded in 1998 as the Resource Foundation.
      Since its establishment, it has supported hundreds of NGOs, ranging from large, well-known organisations to smaller associations and hospital foundations.
      Prior to 2008, United Way Hungary was primarily engaged in fundraising and resource allocation.
