The 3rd International Speed Dating Event of the Youth Match Point project brings together young people, mentors, and youth workers from six European countries to discuss the challenges of unemployment and the lack of opportunities faced by today’s youth.

The event uses a fast-paced “speed dating” format, where participants move through short, structured conversations designed to:
– exchange experiences and perspectives,
– explore challenges related to employability,
– discuss skills development and opportunities for growth, and
– build connections that may lead to future collaboration.
By facilitating direct dialogue between young people and experienced mentors, the event aims to create a supportive environment where participants can share ideas, identify common concerns, and discover new pathways for personal and professional development.

This activity is part of the Youth Match Point project’s efforts to empower young people, enhance their civic participation, and support their engagement in meaningful initiatives across Europe.
