Optional Step: Quick Pathway for Small-Scale Projects

Optional Step: Quick Pathway for Small-Scale Projects

What is it?

This optional step offers a simplifi ed version of the Project Incubation process, specifi cally designed for short-term, low-complexity ideas — like local workshops, one-day events, awareness campaigns, or other activities that don’t require the full planning structure of all 6 steps.

Use this if your idea is simple, fast to implement, and doesn’t need extensive planning, a business model, or a funding strategy.

It still helps you clarify your idea and communicate it effectively while saving time and effort.

When to Use the Quick Pathway

You might choose this route if:

  • Your idea involves a one-off or short-term activity.
  • There is limited time to plan or implement the idea.
  • You don’t need to fundraise or build long-term infrastructure.
  • You want to test an idea quickly before expanding it further.

Quick Pathway Template

You only need to answer these 4 core questions. Try to keep each answer under 100 words.

1. Project Title & One-Sentence Summary
What is the name of your idea, and how would you describe it in one sentence?

2. What Problem Does Your Idea Address and Who Is It For?
Briefly describe the issue you want to solve and who it affects.

3. What Will You Do? (Activity Plan)
Describe the main actions or activities. When and where will they happen?

4. What Change Do You Want to See? (Expected Impact)
What do you hope will happen as a result? How will people or the community benefi t?

When to Use the Quick Pathway

Once you complete this Quick Pathway:

  • You can receive basic feedback or mentoring.
  • You can still upload visuals or a short video.
  • You can later upgrade to the full incubation process if your idea grows!
