ÖZET
UNESCO Küresel Gençlik Topluluğu (GYC), gençler tarafından yönetilen ve özellikle gençler için tasarlanmış kapsamlı bir platformdur. Bu proje, olumlu bir değişim yaratmaya öncülük eden gençlerin çabalarının ve başarılarının daha fazla takdir edilmesini amaçlamaktadır.
AMAÇLAR
- Gençlerin UNESCO projelerinin ve programlarının geliştirilmesi ve uygulanmasına anlamlı bir şekilde katılımını teşvik etmek ve kolaylaştırmak.
- Emerge as an independent learning community by and for young people across the globe to co-learn, co-design, and co-implement projects and programs related to UNESCO’s fields of competence, in a safe, flexible, and inclusive space.
BAĞLAM VE ARKA PLAN
UNESCO Küresel Gençlik Topluluğu (GYC), bir dizi kritik ihtiyaç ve sorunu ele almak üzere oluşturulmuştur:

GYC, bu sorunları ele alarak küresel ölçekte sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı, barışı ve kültürlerarası diyaloğu teşvik etmektedir.
