CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND
The Food Odyssey Project was developed in response to the urgent need to address climate change through education about sustainable food systems. With the growing impact of climate change on agriculture, the project aims to bridge the knowledge gap by equipping educators and students with the tools to understand and act on the links between food systems and the environment. The motivation behind the project is to create a generation of food professionals who are not only skilled but also environmentally conscious.
