CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND

Traditional education systems were increasingly viewed as inadequate for preparing youth for the modern workforce, exacerbated further by the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

IMPLEMENTATION: ACTIVITIES AND METHODOLOGIES

The project focuses on offering first job experiences, running educational programs, and promoting entrepreneurship for young people. It leverages the resources and networks of 25 international companies to amplify its impact.
